Shipping

We ship same day, Monday-Friday. Any order placed after NOON central will count towards the next day. For example, if you order at 6pm on Monday, Tuesday will count as the first business day. Orders placed after NOON central on Friday through Sunday will count towards Monday being the first day.

Note: When we have large sales, shipping times may be extended.  Please check the banner at the top of the website for updates and current shipping times.

You will receive tracking once your order has been processed and ready for drop off.  We make USPS and UPS drop off runs daily (sometimes multiple times).  If you have received shipping confirmation - yay!  Your package will be dropped off with our next postal run. 

 

Turnaround Time for Custom Prints

We try to get custom prints out within the same timeframe as regular orders. Sometimes they can take an extra day or two depending on current projects and workload.  We are always happy to give you a shipping timeline before or after you place your order - just send us an email - shop.okiedesignco@gmail.com   

To ensure your prints are shipped as fast as possible, please check your image quality.  Sometimes, we have to manually remove times or just hunt down the original graphic ourselves.

 

What could make my order ship late?

99.9% of the time orders are shipped or ready for pickup within the stated timeframe. To ensure your order ships within the same or next day timeline please make sure that your order has all colors picked out for Single Color DTF Transfers or Leatherette Patches.  This is the usual cause for orders being delayed.  If a color is not chosen at checkout we will attempt to reach out to you by the email provided when you placed your order.  

 

Where's my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Once your order ships you will be sent a tracking number.  Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to get updated into USPS or UPS systems.  The information on the tracking number that you receive is the same information that we have access to.  Sometimes tracking information is not updated daily, but rest assured it's on its way!


Returns & Refunds

All refund requests will be at the discretion of Okie Design Co and will only be considered if applicable. We will not be held liable for the cost of any pressing materials and suggest you get familiar with your heat press as we will not refund on account of user error. If you need some practice, we do offer a screen print test pack for $1, or free with any order, just make sure to add it to your cart! If we have made a mistake on your order, we will do our best to get it corrected as quickly as possible. If your screen prints are lost or damaged during transit and you have purchased shipping insurance, please reach out to us to start a claim.  Please include order numbers and photos of damaged items if you have them.  If you choose not to purchase package insurance, we will not refund or replace your order due to shipping issues.

Returned Packages Policy

If a package is returned by the shipping service used (USPS or UPS) we will make an attempt to reach out to the buyer by e-mail. Buyer can then choose to cancel their order and be reimbursed (less the cost of shipping and damage to any products) or pay another shipping fee to have their package reshipped. 

If buyer cannot be reached in a timely manner by e-mail, their order will be refunded (less the original shipping cost and damage to any products.)
