Can I use your mockups?

Yes!  You can use our mockups. 

Do you do customs?

Yes!  We LOVE doing customs!  There are 3 ways you can order customs.  1) Email your images to us at shop.okiedesignco@gmail.com.  Pricing for this option is located on our customs page.  We will send you an invoice for payment.  2) You can upload your images or gang sheet directly to your order here.  Or, 3) You can build your own gang sheet using our gang sheet builder.  Either way you decide, we are here to help you if needed!

How long does my package take to ship? 

Please check the top banner for current shipping times at the time of purchase.

We ship same day or next day, Monday-Friday. Any order placed after NOON central will count towards the next day as the first day.  For more detailed information about our turnaround times and shipping methods - check out our Shipping & Return/Refunds Policy FAQ page.

Where's my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Once your order ships you will be sent a tracking number.  Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to get updated into USPS or UPS systems.  The information on the tracking number that you receive is the same information that we have access to.  Sometimes tracking information is not updated daily, but rest assured it's on its way!

What is "Shipping Protection"?

We now offer "Shipping Protection" as an option to insure your package.  Okie Design Co is responsible for your order up until the time it is dropped off to USPS or UPS.  If you purchase "shipping protection" with your order, we will ensure your package from theft or if it gets damaged in transit.  We highly recommend getting this service.  It's added to your cart automatically, but you can remove it if you wish.  If you remove this service from your cart, your package will not be insured.  Our shipping insurance is super affordable and will give you peace of mind.  

How do I file a shipping protection claim?

If you have a problem with your package and you did purchase "Shipping Protection," reach out to us at shop.okiedesignco@gmail.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. 

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Yes!  If you purchase 12 or more of a single color regular priced screen print, you can grab it for 40% off! Just add 12 to the cart to see the discount applied!

Can I resell your prints?

Yes!  You can resell our prints as a screen print vendor or on a finished tee. 

Can I combine orders?

Yes!  Use the code "HOLDMYORDER" at checkout and we will hold your order until we receive an email from you.  Only orders placed with the "HOLDMYORDER" code are able to be combined!  See more about the hold my order feature on our Hold My Order FAQ page
