Do you do customs?

Yes!  We do customs!  You can find all the information needed, as well as pricing information on our customs page.

How long does my package take to ship? 

We ship same day or next day, Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 4pm central will count towards the next day as the first day. For example, if you order at 6pm on Monday, it may not ship until Wednesday. We always try to get your packages out as soon as possible.   

If your order includes a "preorder" item.  You can find an estimated ship date in the title of that item.  Your entire order will ship together.  "Preorder" items will be indicated as such in the title. 

Where's my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Once your order ships you will be sent a tracking number.  Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to get updated into USPS or UPS systems.  The information on the tracking number that you receive is the same information that we have access to.  Sometimes tracking information is not updated daily, but rest assured it's on its way!

What is "Shipping Protection"?

We now offer "Shipping Protection" as an option to insure your package.  Okie Design Co is responsible for your order up until the time it is dropped off to USPS or UPS.  If you purchase "shipping protection" with your order, we will insure your package from theft or if it gets damaged in transit.  We highly recommend getting this service.  It's added to your cart automatically, but you can remove it if you wish.  If you remove this service from your cart, your package will not be insured.  Our shipping insurance is super affordable and will give you peace of mind.  

How Do I file a shipping protection claim?

If you have a problem with your package and you did purchase "Shipping Protection" reach out to us at shop.okiedesignco@gmail.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. 

Do you offer a discount for Bulk orders?

Yes!  There are two ways you can take advantage of a discount for bulk orders.  First, if you place an order over $350 you can use code “LivinLarge” for 15% off your order.  This must be done at checkout, and we cannot offer a refund if it is not added before checking out. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. This code cannot be used for custom prints. 

 Secondly, if you want to order 100+ of a print, we can offer you a discount on that print. This is only valid if you are ordering 100+ of the same print.  Offer cannot be combined with any other offer; some exclusive prints may not be available. To take advantage of this, email us at shop.okiedesignco@gmail.com.  **This offer is not valid on custom prints.**  

Remember, you cannot purchase our prints with the purpose of reselling them.

Can I resell your prints?

No, and also yes. :)  We started Okie with the idea that we wanted to be able to offer our screen prints at affordable prices so that our customer's businesses would thrive.  We do not allow customers to buy our prints with the purpose of reselling.  You may "destash" your prints as needed... but you cannot sell them for more than what you bought them.  For example, if you bought a new release print for .60¢, you cannot sell them for $1, you may only destash them for .60¢ or below.  Adding the word "destash" to your website is not destashing them - that's just reselling our prints.  Destashing can only happen in Facebook groups, or other pre-approved avenues.  If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at shop.okiedesignco@gmail.com  Not complying to this request will result in us blocking you from being able to purchase our prints in the future.  

Can I combine orders?

If you have not received a shipping notification - yes, you can! You will need to place a second order and we will refund you the difference for shipping. You must send us an e-mail or add a note in your second order to make sure we have been notified. We try our best to check our e-mail multiple times a day, and before orders leave. If we are not able to combine them, Okie cannot refund shipping. 

Once a shipping notification has been sent, you cannot add anything to your order.  We drop off multiple times a day at the post office, so chances are your package is no longer in our procession.
