All items ship same or next business day, Monday through Friday.
Returns & Refunds
All refund requests will be at the discretion of Okie Design Co and will only be considered if applicable. We will not be held liable for the cost of any pressing materials and suggest you get familiar with your heat press as we will not refund on account of user error. If you need some practice, we do offer a screen print test pack for $1, or free with any order, just make sure to add it to your cart! If we have made a mistake on your order, we will do our best to get it corrected as quickly as possible. If your screen prints are lost or damaged during transit and you have purchased Route insurance, please reach out to us and we will be happy to file a claim for you to get a replacement. If the reason for replacement is damaged screens in transit, you will need to email us a photo of the damage, as well as your order number. If you choose not to purchase Route, we will not refund or replace your order due to shipping issues.
